This Shipping & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on Popees Baby Care. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after cut-off hours or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Metro cities may receive orders faster; remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values.
5. Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via Whatsapp/email.
6. Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Jhabla, Innerwear, Socks, Gift Box, Hygiene-Sensitive Items, Accessories
Products bought on sale, clearance, or special offers
Customized or made-to-order products
3. Reasons Accepted for Return
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Size issue (exchange only, subject to stock availability)
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at online@popees.com/ +91 9072113911 with order details and images (if required).
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be shared.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), return shipping will be borne by us.
For size exchanges or customer-initiated returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
COD orders (if applicable) may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
2. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Partial Refunds
Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be eligible only for a partial refund or no refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may repurchase an alternative product of their choice
Exchange products will be dispatched only after the original returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Baby Product Safety Disclaimer
All babywear products must be used under adult supervision.
Always follow wash care and safety instructions provided on labels.
